This is a custom made keyring for my sisters fur baby, Pippa. Look how beautiful she is!!

I have written the pattern out myself. I’ve not had much practice at writing my own patterns, but please feel free to message me if something is incorrect or you are unsure of anything. I’ll try my best to help you.
PATTERN – PIPPA THE PUPPY KEYRING PATTERN
You will need:
- 3.5mm / 4mm crochet hook (depending on how tight you crochet, I used 3.5mm)
- DK yarn in black, white, brown & red (I’m unsure of the amount I used but it was less than 50g for the black & white yarn, only a small amount of brown & red were needed)
- Soft toy filling
- Darning needle to sew together
- Keyring attachment (if using)
Stitches / Abbreviations: (US Crochet)
- MR – Magic Ring
- SC – Single Crochet
- DC – Double Crochet
- INC – Increase
- DEC – Decrease
- SS – Slip Stitch
- St/Sts – Stitch / Stitches
Head – Black colour
- Make a magic ring (MR), 6SC into MR (6sts) – do not join to first stitch, carry on working in the round
- INC in each st x 6 (12sts)
- 1SC, INC x 6 (18sts)
- 2SC, INC x 6 (24sts)
- 3SC, INC x 6 (30sts)
- 4SC, INC x 6 (36sts)
- 5SC, INC x 6 (42sts)
- – 14. 1SC each st x 7 rows (42sts)
- 5SC, DEC x 6 (36sts)
- 4SC, DEC x 6 (30sts)
- 3SC, DEC x 6 (24sts) Start Stuffing
- 2SC, DEC x 6 (18sts)
- 1SC, DEC x 6 (12sts)
- DEC x 6 (6sts)
- SS, Fasten off

Muzzle – White colour
- Make a magic ring (MR), 6SC into MR (6sts) do not join to first stitch, carry on working in the round
- INC in each st x 6 (12sts)
- 1SC, INC x 6 (18sts)
- 2SC, INC x 6 (24sts)
- – 7. SC each st x 3 rows (24sts)
* Stop working in the round *
- 1SC in each st x 6, turn
- 1SC in each st x 5, turn
- 1SC in each st x 4, turn
- 1SC in each st x 3, turn
- 1SC in each st x 2, turn
- SS, Fasten off and sew to head with the longer bit going between the eyes/ears – stuff muzzle area
Ears (make 2) – Black
- CH 12, DC into 3rd ch from Hook, 3DC into same st, 4DC in each st across, Turn. * Work along other side of chain (bottom of work) *
- 4DC in each st to end
- SS into beginning chain
- Fold in half and sew down middle of ear
- Sew to sides of head

Body – Black
- Make a magic ring (MR), 6SC into MR (6sts) do not join to first stitch, carry on working in the round
- INC in each st x 6 (12sts)
- 1SC, INC x 6 (18sts)
- 2SC, INC x 6 (24sts)
- 3SC, INC x 6 (30sts)
- 1SC in each st (30)
* Change to white yarn *
- – 12. 1SC in each st (30) x 6 rows
- 3SC, DEC x 6 (24sts)
- 2SC, DEC x 6 (18sts)
- 1SC, DEC x 6 (12sts)
- SS, Fasten off
- Stuff and sew to head
Legs (make 2) – White
- Make a magic ring (MR)
- 6sc into MR (6sts) do not join to first stitch, carry on working in the round
- Inc in each st x 6 (12sts)
- 1sc, inc x 6 (18sts)
- – 6. 1sc in each st (18) x 2 rows
- 1sc, dec x 6 (12sts)
- – 13. 1sc in each st (12) x 6 rows
- Fasten off (leaving a long piece of yarn for sewing together)
- Stuff with soft toy filling and sew to the body

Arms (make 2) – White
- Make a magic ring (MR), 4SC into MR (4sts) do not join to first stitch, carry on working in the round
- INC in each st x 4 (8sts)
- 1SC, INC x 4 (12sts)
- – 5. 1SC in each st (12) x 2 rows
- 1SC, DEC x 4 (8sts)
- – 12. 1SC in each st (8) x 6 rows
- SS, Fasten off
- Stuff and sew to body
Tail – White
- Make a magic ring (MR), 6SC into MR (6sts) do not join to first stitch, carry on working in the round
- – 9. 1SC in each st (6sts) x 8 rows
* Change to Black Yarn *
- – 11. 1SC in each st (6sts) x 2 rows
- SS, Fasten off
- Sew to body

* Sew eyes in brown with white flecks and nose in black, on to face. *
* Attach keyring to top of head. *
